Job Description
Join Hyrfast as Chief of Staff. Lead sales (80%) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to generate and manage leads; track communications and follow-ups. Support HR, Finance & Admin (20%): coordinate hiring with recruiters/agencies, liaise with finance, and organize team-building activities (two outings/year). Requirements: MBA (Marketing & HR), 5–10 years’ experience, strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills, excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and teamwork. This is a 100% in-office, full-time permanent role. We encourage diversity and prefer women candidates, including returnees. Salary: ₹1,00,00–₹2,00,00 per year.
