Job Description
We are seeking an R&D Executive (Cosmetics) to develop and optimize skincare and makeup formulations, run lab trials, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting experiments, documenting data, collaborating with suppliers and marketing, and supporting product launches while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or related field, has 1–3 years of lab experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of cosmetic regulations.
