Job Description
Utkarsh Transmissions seeks a Rubber Technologist at Additional MIDC, Satara. Permanent, full-time; 4–5 years manufacturing experience. Diploma/B.E. in Rubber Technology, Polymer, Chemical or Mechanical. Responsibilities: develop/improve compounds; monitor mixing, moulding, curing/vulcanization; test hardness, tensile, elongation, aging, abrasion; detect/solve defects; support trials; maintain SOPs; coordinate production, quality and maintenance. Required: NR, NBR, EPDM, SBR, compounding/process knowledge and automotive standards. Preferred: automotive parts, ISO/IATF 16949 exposure, ERP. Salary ₹22,601–₹35,001/month; health insurance; provident fund; on-site.
