Job Description

Date: Jan 16, 2026. ACG Worldwide seeks a CNC Programmer to generate NC programs for milling (VMC, HMC, CNC) using Mastercam, simulate G-code in Vericut, and proof parts on machines. Own projects through to closure, prepare clear operator documentation, and resolve shopfloor programming queries. Plan machining strategies to optimise machine utilisation, tool life and cycle time. Required skills: Mastercam automation, G & M code reading, machining process knowledge, Vericut/NC simulation, 5S and basic ISO 45001/14001 awareness, and strong communication. Education: Dip. Mechanical (min) or BE Mechanical (desired). Experience: 5–7 years (min) / 3–5 years (desired).
