Job Description
Join Club Travalet as a Flight Reservation Executive in Aluva. Full-time, permanent role for candidates with 2–3 years’ experience in flight bookings and ticketing. You will manage domestic and international reservations, advise customers on schedules, fares and policies, handle changes, cancellations and refunds, maintain booking records, liaise with airlines, and resolve queries professionally. GDS knowledge is a plus. Required skills: strong communication, customer service, multitasking and ability to work under pressure. Competitive pay ₹20,00–₹30,00/month, incentives and benefits including health and life insurance, provident fund, flexible schedules and reimbursements. Immediate joining preferred. On-site role.
