Job Description
We are hiring a results-driven Performance Marketer at Neethu’s Academy to plan, execute and scale paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more. You will manage targeting, bidding, budgets, tracking (GTM, pixels), and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions. Responsibilities include A/B testing, CRO, landing page collaboration, reporting, and budget optimization. Require 5+ years in paid performance marketing, strong analytical skills, hands-on with Google Ads and Meta, experience with Google Analytics/GTM, funnel analysis and stakeholder communication.
