Job Description

We seek a Finance & Accounts Executive for BESTEA (FMCG – Tea & Beverages) to manage daily accounting and compliance. Responsibilities include billing and invoicing (sales & purchase), recording daily expenses, managing purchase entries and vendor accounts, maintaining accurate books, preparing monthly P&L, handling GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and coordinating with CA for audits. Require 1–2 years’ accounts/finance experience; FMCG or trading preferred. Skills: GST and basic tax knowledge, hands-on Tally/accounting software, strong attention to detail, organized and trustworthy. Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹15,00–₹25,00/month with growth opportunities in a growing FMCG brand.
