Job Description
Career Strategy Solutions seeks a Retail Store Manager to run daily store operations, drive sales, train staff, manage inventory/shrinkage, handle escalations, visual merchandising, POS/cash and daily sales reports. Full-time, in-person in Nalgonda. Preferred 3–6 years retail with ≥1 year as Store Manager. Salary ₹22,00–₹25,00/month. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays required. Apply stating years of experience, retail category, inventory/audit experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, and if comfortable with Nalgonda.
