Job Description
The Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sagar Fabrics oversees daily F&B operations, ensuring excellent service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising setup and service, coordinating with kitchen teams, using IDS software for sales monitoring, inventory control and reporting, training and motivating staff, handling guest feedback, assisting shift schedules, supporting procurement, and liaising with other departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related preferred, 2–4 years F&B supervisory experience, IDS familiarity, strong leadership, communication, cost control and KPI knowledge, and flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Benefit: food provided. Work Location: In person.
