Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Telesales Executive to be the first contact for prospective students at Darsana Academy. You will convert inquiries into enrollments, manage calls and emails, conduct consultations, guide admissions, coordinate online IELTS course logistics, and maintain CRM records. This full-time, permanent role offers ₹10,55.06–₹15,359.68/month and cell phone reimbursement. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year total work and sales experience. Strong communication in English and Hindi, target orientation, and performance tracking are essential. Work is in person and supports a positive student experience while helping the academy grow.
