Job Description

The Faculty member will deliver high-impact classroom training to aspiring bankers at Cochin Race Academy. We seek a dynamic, result-oriented trainer to prepare candidates for banking examinations, with a deep understanding of syllabus requirements, focus on speed and accuracy, and awareness of current exam trends. This part-time, in-person consultant role offers ₹300 per hour on a freelance basis; monthly pay ranges ₹10,00–₹20,00 with expected 20 hours/week. Flexible schedule; results-driven candidates manage their own hours and workload. Ideal applicants have prior exam coaching experience and strong communication skills.
