Canary Island Resort & Spa in Lonavala seeks a Guest Relation Executive to deliver warm, professional welcomes and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Key duties include greeting guests, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and other teams, managing check-in/out, overseeing VIPs and special occasions, and collecting guest feedback. Requirements: hospitality graduate/diploma preferred, 2–4 years’ experience, strong communication and guest-handling skills, and willingness to work rotational shifts.
