Job Description

THE LOFTS seeks a Factory Supervisor for furniture manufacturing. Qualifications: Degree; Diploma/Graduation or technical proficiency. Experience: minimum 2 years. Age: below 30. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month. Responsibilities: understand factory drawings, prepare and manage interior project work schedules, ensure milestones are met, manage and coordinate carpentry staff, oversee daily site/factory operations, and perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with factory guidelines. On-site work required.
