Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue & Reservations Supervisor for our resort to drive revenue, optimize room inventory and lead the reservations team. The role balances daily reservations operations with revenue management and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include managing reservations workflow, setting rates and packages with the revenue team, analyzing KPIs and forecasts, training staff, and coordinating with front office and sales. Requirements: 3+ years in hotel reservations or revenue, strong Excel and RMS knowledge, excellent communication and flexible shifts.
