Job Description
We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top IT talent for our US-based clients. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and maintain ATS records.
Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements: 2+ years IT recruiting experience in the US market, strong communication skills, familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and excellent English. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Remote work available; competitive salary and benefits.
