Bronet Group seeks a full-time Customer Relation Executive to manage CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), maintain accurate customer and lead records, generate reports, and automate follow-ups. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and re-engage dormant prospects. Build long-term customer relationships, resolve inquiries promptly, collect feedback, and coordinate with sales to hand over qualified leads. Assist in pitches and aim to meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: 2 years telecalling experience preferred, English proficiency preferred. Work on-site. Salary ₹8,086–₹18,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and paid time off.
