Job Description
12 Grids seeks a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer (3–5 years) to craft intuitive web and mobile experiences. You will conduct user research and testing, create personas, journey maps, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and translate requirements into user-centric designs. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure responsive, accessible (WCAG) designs and implement design systems. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch, plus experience in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and responsive design required. Bonus: basic HTML/CSS, Agile experience, analytics familiarity. Full-time, in-person. Salary ₹25,00–₹45,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, leave encashment and provident fund.
