Job Description
Lead front-of-house service as Restaurant Captain, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while supervising the service team and upholding operational standards.
Manage daily floor operations: seat guests, coordinate with kitchen and bar, train and mentor servers, monitor service quality, resolve guest concerns, and assist with cashing and closing.
Requirements: 2+ years supervisory experience in restaurants, strong leadership and communication, POS proficiency, fluent English, organized, and availability for flexible shifts.
