Job Description
We are hiring a Business Loan Risk and Compliance Officer to ensure loan operations follow internal policies, lender guidelines, and RBI regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring loan risks, auditing documentation, reviewing credit proposals, implementing mitigation strategies, maintaining MIS and exception reporting, coordinating with operations, credit and sales teams, training staff, liaising with auditors, supporting policy updates, and monitoring portfolio health. Full-time, permanent; in-person start date 21/01/2026. Salary ₹10,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits: flexible schedule, health & life insurance, provident fund, work from home options.
