Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for our new clinic in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves handling incoming/outgoing calls, following up leads, explaining services and offers, booking and confirming appointments via clinic management software, maintaining call logs and lead trackers, and coordinating daily schedules with the front desk and clinical team. Requirements: minimum 1 year customer-facing experience, pleasant confident communication, Malayalam (required) and English (preferred), and basic computer skills. Full-time; pay ₹15,00–₹20,00/month; cell phone reimbursement; in-person.
