Job Description

Agro Indus Credits Limited, a non-government NBFC with 26 years’ experience and 50+ branches in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, seeks a Customer Service Executive in Thodupuzha. Any graduate; 0–2 years’ experience in NBFC (gold loan) preferred. Responsibilities include attending enquiries and walk-ins, customer relationship management, business development, loan processing and sale of financial products, daily closing and reporting, routine operations, administrative and accounting tasks, joint safe custody, gold appraisal and cash handling, plus branch marketing to grow the gold loan business. Full-time permanent role with ESI, Provident Fund, gratuity, incentives and leave encashment. Salary ₹12,00–15,00/month. On-site position.
