CBTech seeks a proactive Telecaller to engage prospective students for Software and Japanese language courses. Responsibilities: make outbound calls, handle inbound phone/WhatsApp/email enquiries, explain courses, fees and admission steps, follow up leads, update CRM/Excel, coordinate counseling, and deliver excellent customer service. Full-time, permanent role. Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement. Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Work location: in person. Ideal candidate: confident communicator, target-driven, organized, and eager to support admissions.
