Job Description

We are seeking an organized Account Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations. Responsibilities include issuing invoices, tracking payments, resolving discrepancies, preparing aging reports, and coordinating with sales and finance teams. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AR experience, strong numerical accuracy, familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, timeliness, and integrity are essential. This role reports to the Finance Manager and helps optimize cash flow.
