Job Description
We are hiring a Microfinance Operations Trainer to design and deliver practical training for field staff on loan processing, client outreach, savings mobilization, risk management, and MIS. You will develop curricula, conduct workshops, coach teams, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with microfinance procedures. Required: 3+ years in microfinance operations, proven training experience, strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. Degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred. Ability to travel and work with diverse rural teams.
