Job Description
Join TATA Capital to drive disbursements and manage JLG loans. Source clients, lead territory teams, assess new areas, conduct field visits and centre meetings, and ensure portfolio quality (dues, nonstarters, delinquency, fraud). Achieve collection targets and monitor repayments. Requirements: Graduate; 0–5 years microfinance sales experience; basic JLG knowledge preferred. Key skills: relationship management, business sourcing, sales aptitude and customer-service orientation.
