Job Description

TATA Capital seeks a Customer Relationship Manager to achieve business targets by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships. Graduate in any discipline. Key responsibilities: identify target areas and pre‑screen customer segments; ensure logins and timely disbursements; proactively understand customer needs to ensure high satisfaction and cross‑sell multiple products; execute sales promotions to build the TCFSL brand; develop and maintain strong internal and external client relationships and brand recognition; empanel and cultivate vendor relationships; expand distribution channels; and ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.
