Job Description

Join TATA Capital as a Customer Sales Executive for Two Wheeler Loans. Under supervisor guidance, identify potential customers, collect and validate documents per company norms, log cases in the system following SOPs, and support disbursement processes. Achieve required sanction ratios, meet customer needs and cross-sell products, and assist managers in empanelling and developing vendor relationships. Support compliance with audit and RBI regulations. Requires undergraduate or graduate in any discipline, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under supervision to meet targets and ensure accurate documentation.
