Job Description
Everest Aluminium Pvt Ltd seeks a Mechanical Shift In-Charge for Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly, West Bengal. Urgent hiring for a candidate to lead mechanical maintenance during shifts: supervise teams, plan preventive maintenance, attend breakdowns to minimize downtime, maintain logs and report to seniors. Requires Diploma in Mechanical, minimum 2 years’ mechanical maintenance experience (industry preferred), strong troubleshooting, safety awareness and ability to coordinate with production; local candidates preferred. Offer: on-roll permanent, PF & ESI, paid leave, pick & drop (Plant ↔ Sheoraphuli Station), yearly bonus & gratuity, in-hand ₹14,00–₹16,00 based on experience. Full-time, immediate joiners preferred.
