Job Description
We are hiring a VKYC Executive in Thane – Wagle Estate. Full-time, 6 days/week, in-person. Salary ₹18,00–₹23,00/month. Responsibilities: conduct Video KYC per RBI and company guidelines, verify customer identity and documents via video calls, maintain accurate records, handle customer queries, and follow SOPs and compliance. Requirements: Graduate, minimum 6 months’ experience in VKYC/KYC/BFSI operations, good communication (Hindi and basic English), comfortable with video calls and basic computer use, strong attention to detail.
