Job Description
Position: Front Office Executive at Kgees Hilltown Hotel, Kattappana, Kerala. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time, in-person role (salary from ₹15,00/month) requires a professional who will manage reception, greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, answer calls, resolve complaints, process billing and payments, and maintain records and supplies. Additional duties include supervising the front office team, scheduling, light data entry, handling mail and packages, monitoring attendance, and assisting with budgets and payroll. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure an excellent guest experience.
