Job Description

INFINITY TRADING COMPANY seeks a Receptionist. Front desk duties: greet visitors, maintain visitor logbook, collect Proof of Delivery (POD) and keep reception presentable. Handle incoming toll-free calls, generate product enquiries and leads. Manage open pending calls and spare pending daily; follow up with Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) to close calls and order spares. Audit cancelled calls by calling customers to prevent fake closures. Prefer female candidates. Full-time; pay ₹14,00–₹18,00/month. Benefits: health insurance and Provident Fund. Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Experience: 1 year front desk preferred. Work location: in person.
