Job Description
Freshers welcome. Act as customer-service link: record concerns, prepare job cards, recommend services, explain estimates and delivery times, coordinate with technicians, monitor repairs, obtain approvals, handle warranty/insurance, deliver vehicles with clear explanations, resolve complaints, and perform post-service follow-up. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering preferred, vehicle systems knowledge, strong communication, multitasking under pressure, and computer proficiency. Full-time, on-site. Pay ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: mobile reimbursement, health insurance, Provident Fund.
