Job Description
Drive in-store sales by engaging walk-ins, assessing needs, recommending mattresses, explaining features, pricing and offers, upselling and closing. Support merchandising, store hygiene, billing coordination, inventory checks and backend coordination. Deliver excellent customer service, resolve queries and feedback, maintain daily sales and interaction reports, and follow retail SOPs. Requirements: 2–3 years retail, strong communication, customer-focused, basic billing/MS Excel a plus; willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
