Job Description
We are hiring a Loss Prevention Associate to protect assets and ensure a safe retail environment. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, conducting store patrols, investigating shrink incidents, performing audits, reporting incidents, and cooperating with law enforcement when necessary. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong observational skills, integrity, basic computer literacy, and the ability to stand or walk long periods. Prior retail security or loss prevention experience and familiarity with surveillance systems are preferred. Must pass a background check and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills are essential.
