Job Description

Masstera seeks a Chief of Staff to support the Founder in operations, client coordination and communication. Manage calendar, meetings, client onboarding, programs, events and leads via Google Sheets. Ideal: 0–4 years in ops/EA/client servicing, strong organization and communication, fluent English and Hindi (Marathi/Gujarati a plus), high discretion, interest in coaching. Full-time, hybrid in Thane. Pay: ₹10,663–₹15,00/month.
