Job Description
We seek an experienced Pan-Asian Chef to prepare authentic Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Korean dishes with excellent taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety. Responsibilities include menu preparation, quality control, inventory management, waste minimization, and coordination with the kitchen and service teams. Required skills: mastery of Pan-Asian techniques, sauces, spices, plating, time management, teamwork, and HACCP knowledge. Qualification: Hotel Management or Culinary certification preferred, with 3+ years’ Pan-Asian experience. Full-time, permanent role. Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Benefit: Provident Fund. Work location: on-site.
