You will manage schedules, maintenance requests, spare-parts inventory, vendor coordination, and routine reporting. Responsibilities include record-keeping, budget tracking, purchase orders, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in administration or facilities support, good command of MS Office, clear communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
