Job Description
We are seeking an Architectural Designer to create innovative architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects. The role involves concept design, detailed drawings, 3D modeling, and collaboration with engineers and clients.
Responsibilities: develop schematic designs and construction documents, produce renderings and BIM models, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with codes and schedules.
Requirements: degree in architecture, 2+ years experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, strong visualization and communication skills, and attention to detail.
