Rhythm Kumarakom seeks a Full-time Front Office Guest Relations Executive (GRE). Responsibilities include welcoming guests at check-in and ensuring smooth check-out; handling and resolving complaints; providing information on amenities and local attractions; coordinating with departments; maintaining accurate bookings and guest records; monitoring satisfaction and implementing improvements; overseeing VIP guests and meeting special requirements; collecting feedback and executing service recovery. Salary: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month. Work location: In person. Ideal candidate is professional, communicative, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
