Job Description

Seeking a Paint Shop Quality Supervisor to lead quality control in automotive/coating operations. Responsible for inspecting painted parts, implementing QC procedures, monitoring paint parameters (coverage, thickness, adhesion, appearance), root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and maintaining documentation. Lead and train technicians, coordinate with production and maintenance to ensure process stability and compliance with industry standards (ISO/TS). Require 3+ years in paint shop quality, knowledge of coating systems, measurement tools, strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Able to work shifts and enforce safety and environmental procedures. Report to Plant Quality Manager and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects.
