Job Description
Lead and supervise F&B service teams (stewards, servers, trainees) during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate order taking and coordination with kitchen and bar. Maintain service quality, hygiene, grooming, restaurant ambience, table setups and side stations. Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, monitor service flow, manage KOT/POS and billing support when required. Upsell menu items, promote specials, train and mentor staff, enforce SOPs and manage service stock and replenishment. Requires strong leadership, communication, menu knowledge, upselling, problem-solving, basic POS skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, permanent. Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Benefit: food provided. Work location: in person.
