Job Description

Position: Dispatch Executive at AV People Kart Private Limited in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Full-time, permanent role with immediate/short-notice joining. Responsible for managing dispatch operations—planning daily dispatches, preparing delivery challans, invoices and e-way bills, coordinating transporters/drivers, handling freight billing, and liaising with production, stores, sales and accounts. Maintain dispatch records and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Required: basic computer skills (MS Excel; ERP preferred), good communication and coordination, knowledge of transport billing, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Qualification: Graduate or 12th pass; 1–3 years’ experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse preferred. Work location: in person.
