Job Description
We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate at Lenskart.com. Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand needs, recommend eyewear, explain features, offers and after-sales services, and coordinate in-store eye tests with optometrists. Maintain attractive displays, manage inventory, handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and ensure accurate sales entries. Meet monthly sales targets, support store SOPs & KPIs, participate in promotions, and provide excellent customer service to drive repeat business. Full-time, permanent, fresher roles available. Pay: ₹15,00/month. Work location: In person.
