Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to deliver outstanding service and ensure guest satisfaction. You will welcome and assist guests, handle inquiries and reservations, coordinate with departments to resolve issues, and maintain guest records. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and experience in hospitality or customer service. Responsibilities include managing check-ins/check-outs, addressing complaints, organizing special requests, and promoting hotel services. Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and a friendly, solution-oriented attitude are required. A diploma in hospitality or equivalent experience is preferred.
