Job Description

Join Nexstay Hotels & Resorts as a Front Office Trainee. You will welcome guests warmly, assist check-in/out, provide information on hotel services and local attractions, handle queries and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. Learn PMS operation, manage room keys and guest profiles, assist with reservations, billing and cash handling, and prepare daily reports while following SOPs. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and support accurate account posting and communications. Full-time, in-person role. Monthly pay ₹8,00–₹13,00. Food provided. Ideal for candidates eager to develop front office skills in a professional hotel environment.
