Job Description
Clean Warks seeks a responsible, organized Administrative and Customer Support Executive. You will handle calls and WhatsApp, book home cleaning, sofa and AC services, follow up confirmations and payments, coordinate schedules with supervisors and teams, keep booking and call records, and assist simple social media replies. Required: good Malayalam and basic English, pleasant phone manner, basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM) and multitasking. Prior admin/customer support experience preferred. Full-time, permanent; Kottayam, Kerala; ₹15,00–₹22,00/month; Bachelor’s preferred.
