Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Executive to welcome guests, manage calls and emails, schedule appointments, handle mail and provide administrative support including filing, data entry and report preparation. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Hotsoft is a plus. Postgraduates/graduates with prior guest relations or hotel experience preferred. Fluency in English, Malayalam and Hindi is desirable. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month.
