Job Description
DM ENGINEERING seeks a SHAFT Floor Supervisor to oversee shop floor operations in our hydraulic manufacturing unit. You will lead shift activities, monitor machines and manpower, ensure production targets, quality and safety, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and report issues. Candidates should have 2–5 years’ shop-floor supervisory experience, a Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification, basic leadership, documentation and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of hydraulic processes preferred. Full-time, in-person role; salary from ₹18,00/month; flexible schedule benefit.
