Job Description
Join Edujam LLP as a Student Support representative. You will respond to student inquiries, resolve issues professionally, provide product information, assist with orders, returns and refunds, and document interactions in our CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns, build rapport with students, and generate referrals. This is a full-time role open to freshers. Compensation: ₹16,00–₹22,00 per month. Work Location: In person. Ideal candidates are communicative, empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools.
