Job Description
Uniservice is hiring a Helpdesk Executive for its residential facility operations in Chinglepet, Tamil Nadu, India (600130). Date opened: 08/21/2025. Full-time role with long-term growth in a technology-driven facility management company. Key duties: greet residents and visitors, handle incoming/outgoing calls, maintain front office cleanliness, log visitors/couriers/vendors, coordinate resident complaints with maintenance, manage staff attendance and daily reports, support HR on joiners/exits, arrange ID cards/uniforms, handle petty cash and expense statements, book amenities and update residents’ electricity (BESCOM) bill details, and maintain administrative documentation. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year experience; experience managing customers in apartment or villa communities is a plus.
